Refund & Return Policy

We appreciate your support and want to ensure transparency with our policies. Please review the following carefully before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a defective or incorrect item (outlined below).

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information entered at checkout is correct, including:

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Item selection (size, color, quantity, etc.)

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We  are responsible if we send the wrong item.  Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

Shipping & Delivery Delays

Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly. While we work with trusted carriers, shipping times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or international issues (for international orders)

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact your carrier directly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

  3. If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Note: Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as all sales are final and begin processing immediately.
