Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Glaciera is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. We ship packages to the address provided during checkout. If the address is entered incorrectly, Glaciera cannot offer a refund.

Taxes & Customs Duties:
Any taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or related fees are the customer’s responsibility, not Glaciera’s. If required duties are not paid and the item is returned to us, no refund will be issued.

Missed Delivery & Package Pickup:
If you miss a delivery, it's your responsibility to contact your local postal service or customs office and arrange pickup. Should the package be returned to sender because it's not picked up or sorted promptly, Glaciera will not provide a refund. If we receive the returned package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment—we will cover shipping costs, and no refund will be issued otherwise.

Return to Sender (RTS):
If the package is not returned to sender, Glaciera is still not liable, and no refund will be given under any circumstances.


Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (U.S. Orders)

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following:

  • Glaciera is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees that may be incurred when your order is delivered in the United States. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or as required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
